"Paying Is Super Easy"
I really like that Toters doesn’t lock me into just one way to pay. Sometimes I’m in the mood to use my card, and other times I’d rather pay cash, so it’s nice having both options there without any hassle.
The checkout process is straightforward too. I haven’t had any major issues switching payment methods, which makes ordering food feel a lot easier when I don’t want to overthink it.

I’ve used Toters a few times now, i can’t say I haven’t been happy with it. My orders have always shown up right, with no missing items and no weird swaps. Everything came just how I asked for it, so yeah, I’m satisfied.

"Pretty quick and still warm"
My order showed up way quicker than I expected, which was really nice. The driver called once just to confirm the location, and the food was still warm when it got here. It’s not absolutely perfect every single time, but the speed is usually good. 4 stars from me.

I’ve used Toters a few times now, and overall it’s been easy to use. The menus load quickly, tracking is clear, and I like that reordering doesn’t take a bunch of extra taps. I did run into a small payment issue once, but it worked after I tried again. My only thing is that I’d appreciate clearer instructions in a few places, especially when something doesn’t go through right away. Still, it’s simple, reliable, and does what I need, so I’m giving it 5 stars.

My order wasn’t updating in the app, and I started getting nervous because I didn’t want to risk missing it or having something go wrong without knowing. I messaged support expecting to be stuck waiting forever, but they got back to me quicker than I thought and explained what was happening. It didn’t get fixed right away, but the person was polite and kept checking in until everything was sorted. I’d probably give 5 stars if the app worked a little smoother, but the support was solid and definitely helped me avoid a bigger headache...

"Helpful delivery time options"
I really like being able to choose a delivery time that fits around my day. There have been a few times where I changed it at the last minute, and it still worked out fine. It is not perfect every single time, but overall it is easy to use and definitely saves me some stress.

I use Toters often, one of the best things about it is that the menus actually feel up to date. The prices, items, and add-ons usually match what the restaurant really has, so I’m not left annoyed or surprised after placing an order. Even the grocery catalogs are clear, and it’s easy to tell what’s available and what isn’t. It just makes the whole ordering process feel smoother and way less frustrating.

"Login was smooth overall"
I had to log back into my Toters account and go through verification again. it was straightforward. The code came through after a short wait and I was back in without any real hassle. The only thing was the first code took a little longer than I expected, so I ended up trying twice. Not a huge deal, just slightly annoying. Overall, it worked fine and was easy enough...

The notifications are usually really clear and easy to follow. I feel like I always know where my order stands, which is nice, right? Every now and then there’s a tiny delay, but it’s nothing too bad.

"Handled my issue better than I expected"
I had an issue with one of my orders and, i was already annoyed at first because I was hungry and not really in the mood to deal with customer support. Funny how food problems feel way more dramatic when you haven’t eaten yet. Anyway, I contacted Toters and they looked into it quickly. There wasn’t a lot of unnecessary back and forth, which I really appreciated, and the refund came through without much hassle. They even added a small compensation, which I wasn’t expecting at all. Delivery apps aren’t always perfect, and I get that things happen, but the way they handled it felt fair and actually human. So yeah, 5 stars from me.

I used a promo code on my order and it knocked a little off the delivery fee, which was nice. It wasn’t a huge discount or anything, but I always notice those small charges at checkout, especially the delivery line, so seeing it drop even a bit made the order feel like a better deal

"Nice options, but could use more variety"
I like that Toters has restaurants and a few stores in one place, so I dont have to keep switching between apps. The choices are good sometimes, but it really depends on where you are. Some days I see a bunch of options, and other times its basically the same few places over and over. I just wish theyd add more smaller restaurants and local shops.

"Am I the only one having payment hiccups?"
The app is okay overall, and payments do usually go through, but am I the only one who’s had them fail randomly? It happened to me twice and I had to retry. After a few minutes it worked, so it’s not a huge deal, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to get it done quickly.

When my Toters order showed up, my first impression was that it looked mostly fine. The bag was a little squished, so I was slightly worried at first, but once I checked everything, nothing was damaged or leaking. The food was still warm enough too, which was a relief. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I’d say it was a solid experience.

I use Toters most weeks, so the loyalty program is a nice little bonus. You collect some points here and there, and every now and then you get a small perk that makes ordering a bit less painful. Truly the glamorous life: celebrating a tiny discount on dinner.
That said, it takes a while before the points feel like they actually matter, and some of the offers just don’t fit what I usually order. It’s not bad at all, just not exactly the kind of loyalty program that has me planning a parade.
